Throughout his career, Jim has held leadership positions at major commercial real estate and financial firms, including CBRE, Dominion Healthcare Realty, REOC Partners, and Bank One. His diverse client portfolio includes MB Real Estate, Colony Capital, American Healthcare Investors, Excel Realty Investors, American Mutual Life Co., JPI Development, GE Capital, Sprint PCS, and Washington Mutual.
Specializing in healthcare real estate, Jim has cultivated strong relationships with leading healthcare providers such as Methodist Healthcare System, Christus Santa Rosa, and Christus Spohn Health Systems.
